How it works

Send a request. The business says yes. You pay them directly.

1. Find a place. Browse stays and services by type, town, rating or price, or tap “Near me”.
2. Send a request. Pick your dates, or a time slot and a staff member.
3. The business confirms. Your booking is confirmed only when the business says yes, and we tell you.
4. Pay the business. By GCash, bank transfer, PayPal or cash. Upload your proof in the app.
5. Stay in touch. Chat with the business, get updates, and leave a review afterwards.

JoyBook never holds your money. Payments go straight to the business.
